第1条（適用）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Satoru Noda（以下「開発者」）が提供する iOS アプリ「Stratos Lift」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本アプリを使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第2条（利用料金）

本アプリは無料で提供されます。アプリ内課金、サブスクリプション、広告は一切ありません。

第3条（データの取り扱い）

本アプリが扱うデータの詳細は、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従います。すべてのデータは利用者の iPhone 内のローカル SQLite データベースにのみ保存され、開発者を含む第三者は閲覧できません。

第4条（利用者の責任）

  1. 本アプリは健康・トレーニングの記録支援を目的としています。医療助言・診断・治療を提供するものではありません。健康状態に関する判断・行動は、必ず医療専門家にご相談ください。
  2. 体格・性別ベースの偏差値、AI 提案、消費カロリー推定はすべて統計的近似であり、個人差を考慮した正確な数値ではありません。参考情報としてのみ利用してください。
  3. 本アプリの提案・記録に従ってトレーニングを行った結果生じたいかなる怪我・健康被害についても、開発者は一切責任を負いません。

第5条（禁止事項）

利用者は以下の行為を行ってはなりません:

  1. 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、改変
  2. 本アプリを違法な目的に使用すること
  3. 本アプリの動作を妨害する行為

第6条（保証の否認）

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証もありません。本アプリの利用により利用者または第三者に生じた損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません（適用法令により禁止されない範囲で）。

第7条（規約の変更）

開発者は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は本ページに掲示した時点で効力を生じます。継続利用は変更後の規約への同意とみなされます。

第8条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the iOS application “Stratos Lift” (“the App”) provided by Satoru Noda (“Developer”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Pricing

The App is provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertisements.

3. Data Handling

Data handling is governed by the separate Privacy Policy. All data is stored only in a local SQLite database on your iPhone and is not accessible to the Developer or any third party.

4. User Responsibility

  1. The App is intended to assist with health and training records. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified medical professional for health-related decisions.
  2. Body- and gender-based deviation scores, AI suggestions, and calorie burn estimates are statistical approximations. Use them as reference only.
  3. The Developer is not liable for any injury or health damage arising from following the App’s suggestions or training records.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  1. Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
  2. Use the App for illegal purposes.
  3. Interfere with the operation of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

The Developer may modify these Terms as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
