個人情報の取り扱いについて
Stratos Lift（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱う情報と、それをどのように保護しているかを説明します。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリはサーバーへ情報を送信しません。以下のすべては iPhone のローカルストレージにのみ保存されます。
- ワークアウトの記録（種目・重量・レップ数・RPE・日時）
- 体格情報（身長・体重・年齢・性別・トレーニング歴）
- アプリの設定（休憩時間・言語）
2. 収集しない情報
本アプリは以下を一切収集・送信しません。
- ユーザーアカウント・メールアドレス
- 位置情報
- 連絡先・写真・カレンダー等の OS リソース
- 利用統計・解析データ・クラッシュレポート
- 広告 ID・トラッキング ID
- 第三者へのデータ提供
3. 第三者 SDK
本アプリは解析・広告・クラッシュレポートを含む、いかなる第三者 SDK もバンドルしていません。
4. データの保管場所
すべてのデータは iOS のサンドボックス内 SQLite データベースに保存され、デバイスの暗号化（パスコード／Face ID／Touch ID）で保護されます。
5. データの削除
アプリを削除すると、関連するデータベースも完全に削除されます。クラウド等に複製は残りません。
6. iCloud バックアップ
本アプリのデータは、ユーザーが iCloud バックアップを有効にしている場合に限り、iOS の標準機能としてバックアップされます。これは Apple のサービス上で行われ、Stratos Lift 開発者がアクセスすることはありません。
7. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは 4+ 対象です。13 歳未満のユーザーから個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
ポリシー変更時は本ページで最終更新日を更新します。

Privacy commitment
Stratos Lift (“the App”) is designed with privacy as the primary requirement. This policy explains what data the App handles and how it is protected.
1. Information stored
The App does not transmit information to any server. All of the following is stored only in local storage on your iPhone.
- Workout records (exercise, weight, reps, RPE, timestamp)
- Body metrics (height, weight, age, gender, training experience)
- App settings (rest timer duration, language)
2. Information not collected
The App does not collect or transmit any of the following:
- User accounts or email addresses
- Location data
- Contacts, photos, calendar, or any other OS-level resources
- Usage statistics, analytics, or crash reports
- Advertising IDs or tracking IDs
- Data shared with third parties
3. Third-party SDKs
The App does not bundle any third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, or crash reporting.
4. Where data is stored
All data resides in an iOS-sandboxed SQLite database on your device, protected by your device’s encryption (passcode / Face ID / Touch ID).
5. Deleting data
Removing the App removes its database entirely. No copies remain in any cloud.
6. iCloud backup
If you have iCloud backup enabled on your device, your App data is included in that backup as a standard iOS function. Backups are managed by Apple; the Stratos Lift developer has no access to them.
7. Children’s privacy
The App is rated 4+. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from users under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the “Last updated” date at the top will be updated.
